I use stacks : perl/php as backend , javascript/jQuery as frontend , nginx/apache as web & proxy servers , mysql as sql storage , and for hude loaded sites - sphinx (search), memcached as memory storage . I'm not limited to this, there are many alternatives. for example, instead of apache, you can use many other web servers, instead of memcached - redis, etc., etc

If I have a problem, I'll just find a way to solve it. And no matter what I need to do for this, what software / tools I use, etc. I will find the right solution.
